Authentication failed.

Hello I would like to connect to my Compute Canada account through WinSCP with graham server but I am getting an error for

Authentication failed.

Can you connect using any other client? If you can, please post logs both from WinSCP and the other client.
If you cannot, you better contact Compute Canada support.
