Can't see any JPEG files

Hi!

I'm completely new to WinSCP. I did try to upload a .jpeg file via FTP to a client. I can see the file uploading to 100%, but it doesn't appear in the map on the external server. I already tried the box 'show hidden files', but it doesn't solve the problem. Can you please help me? Thanks!

Sorry, I do not understand. What "map" are you referring to? Maybe you better talk to the client. We cannot know how/where you should upload the files.

I know exactly in which folder the files need to appear, but they don't. ;) And by folder I mean the external folder of the client which appears of the right side of the screen. All files upload to 100%, which I can see on the bottom of the screen, but then they don't appear on the right side of the screen in the folder I selected. Could you please help?
