Time out error on session.Open

Hello,
I'm getting timeout error on connection to server. The error occurs a few seconds after attempting the connection despite putting a 60 second timeout in my SessionOptions.Timeout parameter.
The weird thing is I'm having the error randomly.. sometimes it works and sometimes not.. I can't find the reason why.

It's probably a temporary network or server outage.
I do not think we can help you with that.
From WinSCP side, all you can do about it, is to retry the connection.
