WinSCP doesn't work

I have very strange problem. I have website.
And if I want to post something in Poland, it works, but in Switzerland doesn't work.
This problem exist since few months, before was ok.

Sorry, but "doesn't work" doesn't work as a problem description. What exactly are you doing and how exactly does it fail?
