Password with '+' sign fail to login from cli, login process successful by re-entering to login pas

This bug is reproduceable
When attempting to connect ftp site with a link connection format
If the [password] contain + sign then the login fail and a message box popup with request to re-enter password. once re-entering the password in the msg box the login is successful.
