WinSCP using FIPS 140-2 and PuTTY-CAC

Since PuTTY-CAC v.76-1 now supports FIPS 140-2 encryption levels, can WinSCP be upgraded to do the same?

WinSCP is not based on PuTTY-CAC, but on the plain PuTTY. So it's not that easy to upgrade.

Consider asking PuTTY team to make PuTTY FIPS compliant.
