Encountering this error "unable to logon user due to an allow rights restriction" while logging

Hi I am using WinSCP as a first time user in my organization and I am encountering this error "unable to logon user due to an allow rights restriction" while logging in WinSCP. Please assist to resolve this issue.

Is this an exact error that you get? Or is it some translation of yours?
WinSCP does not have such error message.
Maybe it's coming from the server. Please contact the server administrator.
If you want us to debug further, please attach session log file.
