Cannot Connect: Timeout Detected (Control Connection)

Hello!

I have been using WinSCP with no issues for quite some time now, however yesterday I went to connect to my FTP server and I get the following error message

Timeout detected. (control connection)
Connection failed.

Oddly enough, no FTP software on any computer in my house will connect to the server, but I am able to connect to the server from a different house no problem. Also, it only seems to be one specific server I am having issues connecting to, and only from my house. I've attached the log, any ideas??

Please contact your server administrator to check if the connection attempt reaches the server. If not, please contact your network administrator/internet provider.
