Downloaded WinSCP to a new computer - Login not working

I feel like I may be doing something stupid but can't figure it out.

I have a new computer and I downloaded WinSCP. When I go to log in with my login to a FTP server that I regularly work with, I get a message saying "Access Denied", and get prompted to re-enter the password.

I made sure I am putting in the correct Host name, Port number, User name, Password,... the same information I am putting into WinSCP in my previous computer, which works. Yet, on this new computer, I continue to get "Access Denied" message.

Can anyone please help.

Issue resolved. It was a security setting on the FTP site. The IP address of the new computer had to be registered.
