Delphi exception raised when right clicking on "parent directory" in the local folder structure

Using ReactOS 0.4.15 latest debug nightly build
Using WinSCP 5.2.1.2
Connecting to a FTP then right click on "parent directory" in the local folder structure (see red square in attached screenshot) I'm raising a Delphi Exception in ReactOS log.
This is "under the radar" when using Windows but my experience of using ReactOS shows that there's likely a defect in WinSCP source code around this. To be checked :
