Edit stop updating remote file

When you edit a file with Notepad++ (at least) and from the same tab,
make a file copy to/from the remote Linux server, then, when you save at editor the remote file is stop updating.
The worst is that there is not even an error message, and you think that you have done the job.
Like WinSCP is loosing the connection to the remote file

I'd need more details to reproduce the problem, as I'm not able to.

Using the latest version of WinSCP, I have:

• Connected to SFTP server.
  
• Selected .txt file. Used Edit to open it in Notepad++.
  
• Used Download to download the same file to local file panel using the same session (using foreground transfer)
  
• Used Upload to upload the same file back. Again using the same session.
  
• Modified and saved the file in Notepad++.
  
• WinSCP uploaded the modified file.
  

Where do we differ?

Since a few versions now WinSCP is deleting files in local Temp folder too much fast.
When you edit a remote file sometimes it gets deleted from the temp folder and you can not update it anymore.
I saw the same behavior when dragging files from one WinSCP instance to another, files get deleted before the end of the drop on the other instance.
