Help with viewing password

My jAlbum program ftp client stopped working with my long-time established password and I was trying to retrieve it from my WinSCP program, but I can't figure out how to view it. When I create a Session URL code to view it, I can't tell what the password is because there are too many unidentified characters like % signs that I know are not part of it.

So either decode the special characters as shown here:

For example when you enable password logging, you will see a literal password in the log.
