WinSCP-5.21.3-Portable ignoring filemask size

Hello in my script I have filemask to download only files of a certain size 
get -delete -transfer=ascii *.csv -filemask=<=2K
In previous version 5.21.1-Portable it was worked and larger files were not downloaded.
After update to new version WinSCP-5.21.3-Portable all *.csv files are downloaded
no matter what size they are.
For now, I can only go back to the previous working version.

I've just tested your exact command and it works for me. Though it might be protocol specific. What protocol are you using? Please attach a full session log files from both versions of WinSCP.

To generate the session log file, use /log=C:\path\to\winscp.log command-line argument. Submit the log with your post as an attachment. Note that passwords and passphrases not stored in the log. You may want to remove other data you consider sensitive though, such as host names, IP addresses, account names or file names (unless they are relevant to the problem). If you do not want to post the log publicly, you can mark the attachment as private.

I use FTP protocol with free ftpupload.net account (they use Pure-FTPd server)
full log from the connection where file name test.csv with size over 800kb was downloaded. previous WinSCP version behaves correctly and skips a large file.
I hide username and IP address in logs.

There's no -filemask=<=2K in the 5.21.3 log: 
> 2022-09-29 04:10:01.244 Script: get -delete -transfer=ascii *.csv
And even if there were, the file is larger than 2K: 
. 2022-09-29 04:10:01.413 File: '/htdocs/filestodownload/test.csv' [2022-09-29T02:03:10.000Z] [819958]

Ok, but I use the same script without any changes in it. I only replace file WinSCP.com and WinSCP.exe when I update WinSCP portable to new version. That's why I wrote that the new version ignores filemask. After I replace file .com and .exe from older version everything works.

Even the logged WinSCP command line shows that it differs:

So I do not think you are right that you use both versions the same way.
Plus, there's the file size difference.
If you still believe you are correct, we need see your batch file (or whatever way how you run WinSCP).
