Slow transfer speeds

Randomly out of no-where, I've been getting unusably slow speeds (KBs) when trying to transfer files. I've tried every solution I can find, but none of them have seemed to worked. This slow speed only happens with WinSCP.

What protocol? Can you post a session log file? What other clients are faster with the same setup? Can you post their log files?
