Customer file failed

Trying to transfer 4 files to a payroll software but one of the files keeps failing and not sending over my newest employees information. I get this email in return after transferring:

Customer file customerPF20230117102326_20230117_102509795_Result.xlsx for Flexible Staffing of Georgia, Inc. [001623-01-1-000-00] failed.

So you can transfer the file, right? It's seems that it is some server-side processing that fails. We cannot help you with that. Please contact the server administrator.
