Copy to and from server works in 3.80 but not in 3.81

Recently copying to and from my servers did not work any more.
Situation:
local Win XP
remote Opensuse 10.0 with automatic update
Copying (F5) to and from with 3.81 works on some directories, but not on others (permissions are ok, it worked before)
Moving (F6) works, but moving from local to remote leaves the file on local, acts as copying

I downgraded to 3.80 and I found, that all those files I could not copy with 3.81 can be copied with 3.80

Dear Martin,

there are no error messages visible. If you try to copy a large file in 3.81 in foreground mode, the dialog box pops up and vanishes. I tried to do the copy from home via DSL and through the firewall of my university. Interestingly, moving the file works.
Everything works as expected in 3.80. I am not sure, whether the ssh host has changed, because the software update for opensuse is done automatically. As I sayd, there are no error messages. The operation is simply not carried out.

If you need more information, could you give me some more precise instructions?

What dialog box? The one with transfer setting or the progress window?
