Minor typo in GPL licence section 14

I upgraded to WinSCP 6.1.1 and was bored enough to actually read through the GPL again (OK, I started skimming a bit towards the end). But saw this typo in section 14:

published by the Free Softwar Foundation

which sounds like a very interesting, albeit rather different organisation! :)

This typo isn't present on the current GPL3 page on the GNU website.
