App's scale is not correct after PC was in sleep mode

Hi,

When my PC wakes up from sleep mode, WinSCP's scale becomes so small. Newer versions do the same thing.

My monitor is 4K but I set my Windows 11 screen scaled to 200% for readability.
It seems like WinSCP is not enlarged to 200% like other apps after waking up.
