Access Denied When Logging In

All of a sudden I am receiving an access denied error when first logging in. A password box appears and I enter in my password (it has not been changed) and the message access denied appears once again. I cannot change my password under tabs and change password as it is grayed out. I also tried to attach my log file but it says the file is too big!
