WinSCP - Google Photos - MEGA

Hi All,
Can we connect WinSCP with Google Photos and MEGA. I want to transfer all my Google Photos to MEGA. Also is there a way to connect to a Cloud service like https://www.playbook.com. Please help me.

WinSCP supports SFTP, FTP, S3, WebDAV and SCP protocols.
So it can access any service that supports these protocols.
I do not think that Google Photos does. I do not know Mega or Playbook.
