Disable guessing of protocol based on the port number

WinSCP automatically changing the protocol because of a particular port number is annoying when it goes wrong, and in my case I always choose the protocol first anyway (because the protocol choice is at the very top of the GUI)

Please describe your specific use case. What protocol/port combination do you use?
