assembly 'System.Threading.AccessControl issue on Business Central v22.0

I am facing below issue while sending files using WinSCP FTP protocol on Business Central v22.0. I am able to send files on Business Central v20.0.

A call to WinSCP.Session.Open failed with this message: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Threading.AccessControl, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a'. The system cannot find the file specified. Kindly help.

Try using .NET Standard build of the assembly:
