Enquiries about inventory push frequency

I am writing to ask about the inventory push frequency between this platform and Target. Do you push inventory data to Target directly or Acenda? We found out that data downloaded from the backstage shows inventory updated at different times. Some SKUs have not been updated on inventory for several days or even longer. So we are wondering which parts of the data push have gone wrong. Our corporation pushed the data to this platform every hour, and Target refresh the inventory data every 5 minutes. But the inventory report downloaded from the backstage shows some SKUs are last updated in 2022.

WinSCP is only file transfer client software. While your corporation might be using WinSCP to transfer files, we do not know anything about it. Please contact those that implement the transfer.
