Access to WinSCP - first-time login issue

Hello,

could you please support me with the issue of my first-time login into WinSCP?

I get an error message as attached.

I am trying both paths in the Host name field, either this one: sftp-emea.tmf-group.com or that one: sftp-emea2.tmf-group.com because either one is used by my colleagues and works for them.

Are your colleagues connection from the same (local) network?
Please post your and your colleague's session log files.

Hello, the issue was solved by entering private key in the authentication field in settings.
