Cannot Connect to PC

Hello,

My friend have just got his server (a Windows 10 PC connected to internet).

I have installed OpenSSH on it.
The computer is open on his router. (so everyone can herazz with his pc I think)
I turned off his local firewall (he does not have antivirus on it)

But when I write his IP (what is my ip "on google").
And use username: admin, Password: admin
port: 22
I just get connection timed out.

So question.. Is there anything more I got to do?

Can you connect with any other SSH/SFTP client (= is this WinSCP problem or general connection/networking problem?)

In general, if this is home computer, the internet provider has to allow incoming connections.
