WinSCP will launch with a blank window of saved connections, and become halted soon.

Since the last year, WinSCP has been launched with a blank window of saved connections, and halted soon. It has happened in the most cases on my desktop (Ryzen 5 + 16GB RAM + Windows 11 Home), so I tried to install 6.2 RC but the same result should be given as the attachment image shows. (Many entries on the left pane are vanished. By the way, the saved host name and user name are hidden by me with Paint 3D for the reason of, yes, security!)
