WinSCP-6.3-Setup.exe gets flagged by virustotal

Hi
When I upload the exe file to virustotal.com it gets flagged by one of the virus scanners -
Elastic - Malicious (moderate Confidence).
I tried a previous version of the installation files and that did not get flagged. (it was WinSCP-6.1.1-Setup.exe).
So I was just wondering why. I have some software that I developed myself and had a similar problem, - until I changed the installation file.
