Version 6.1.2 – Upload of files is not happening on first attempt on pressing F5

Upload of files is not happening on first try on pressing F5 after checking for latest includes local vs server. It updates only after retry.
Sometimes the path of the server and local machine changes even when I switch tabs sometimes

What do you mean by "after checking for latest includes" and "Sometimes the path of the server and local machine changes even when I switch tabs sometimes"? Please elaborate.
