Access denied

Hi there 8m new here. I'm receiving this error. It's like I'm typing a wrong password but I don't.

Can you authenticate using the same credentials with any other SFTP client?
If you can, please post logs files from both.
If not, then your credentials are likely incorrect, or your account was closed/suspended.
