Using WinSCP with BizTalk 2020

Hi Everyone,
We are using WinSCP 5.19.2 with BizTalk Server 2020 CU3.
The Qualys security system found this WinSCP version vulnerable.
Can we use WinSCP 6.3.3 with BizTalk Server 2020 CU3 or we need to upgrade it as well?

That's rather a BitTalk question, than WinSCP question.
