FTP server is accessible but subdirectories are erroring out as permission denied

I have a SFTP server which i am able to connect without any issues in WinSCP, but my issue is when I am trying to access the sub folders i am getting the below mentioned error.

Permission denied.
Error code: 3
Error message from server (en): Permission denied.

One more thing, if I configure the remote directory as the subdirectory I am able to access the folder but if go up and down the folder same error pops up again.

Note: In FileZilla connection is working fine and all the folders are accessible without any issues.
