put/get files 24/7

I have googled and read a bunch of articles but I haven't found a answer. So I'm hoping that you might be able to help me.
This is my case...
I need to send and get files every 60 second. This needs to be executed 24/7 and I would to prefer to run it as a service.
The environment is Windows server 2019.
