Selecting Windows ethernet card

I have a unique issue. I need the ablility to select the second ethernet card on my windows server instead of the primary one to copy files. The primary is on our 100mb network and our secondary card is on our 1000mb network. How can I force WinSCP to use the secondary ethernet card instead of the primary one?
