Minimal OS Requirement for WinSCP-6.3.4-Portable.zip?

If I download the latest version of WinSCP, as Portable,
WinSCP-6.3.4-Portable.zip
On what versions of Windows is it meant to work?

More specifically:
Will it work well on a Windows XP SP2 32bit?

BTW,
I would like to ask the same question in PuTTY,
however in their website, there's no link to a Forum or anything like this..

I tried googling for putty reddit,
and found a reddit that has not been used for more than 4 years..

Maybe anyone here knows if they have a forum somewhere, that I can ask?

I'm sure the latest PuTTY (0.81) still runs on Windows XP SP2.
PuTTY 0.78 (2022) specifically included fix to restore Windows XP support:
