WinSCP version 5.19 - is it toxic

I want to ask someone for an advice, if version 5.19 of WinSCP is still safe for usage or is it toxic yet? I didn´t find such information on the website.

Its obviously perfectly fine to use if you really don't want bug fixes and improvements from newer versions for some reason.

Please, always use the latest version of WinSCP.
