Copy files from Linux-machine to Windows-machine via command line

Hi,

I just started working with WinSCP and spend plenty time to search the internet for an answer.
That's why I hope to get some hints here.

I just want to copy some files (all in same folder) from a Linux-machine to a Windows-machine using the command-line.

There must be a possibility like:
On some pages I found I have to use cp or synchronize or "open and put" but nothing worked for me.
