transfer background, maximal number overall and per 'multiple connections'

I would like to be able to set the max number of transfers per file if it's using the 'multiple connections for single transfer'. I could have 10 max connections and set 5 per file. I could have 2 downloads going at the same time, instead of all 10 connections going at 1 file.

Right now I kinda do it manually, but multiple connections has been a great feature for me even tho they have to be equal size parts, and they have to be in order to reassembles them. Still speeds things up a lot! Thanks.
