Unable to transfer any files via WinSCP. The servers are synced but no file transfer is happening. I am a new user of sFTP servers so needed some help. My file in placed under the incoming requisitions folder fine but it's just not passing over to the Coupa server. Can you please check?

Sorry, but your post is unclear to me. What does it mean "servers are synced"? Please describe step-by-step what are you doing to transfer the files.

Is it possible to have a call over teams/ Gmeet and I can explain?

I am just logging into my WinSCP account and trying to connect with my Coupa account with the credentials. I am able to connect with the Coupa account and placing my file, but the file is not getting picked by the Coupa server.

So it doesn't seem to be a WinSCP issue. Or are the files picked up, if you upload them using any other client using the same protocol?
If they are not, please talk to the server administrator about the problem.
