ESXi 8.0 U3 SCP Failure

Hello. I'm trying to download a file from an ESXi 8.0 U3 server, to a Windows client running Windows 10 22H2. Alternatively, I was able to use the native scp within ESXi to copy the file to a Linux host without any issues.

SFTP did work. The issue is fixed now. The root cause was due to a VxRail bug that didn't clean up SSH sessions, causing an out of memory error on the ESXi hosts.
