Forbidden 403 error

I’m a student and I have an assignment where I need to write HTML script for a webpage. I’m using a stfp vpn and WinSCP. There was an already made index.html file and I wrote my code but when I went to my browser to type in the URL
(http://studentweb.kennesaw.edu/~yournetid/3260/index.html) I got a forbidden 403 error stating I don’t have permissions needed. Is this an issue with setting I need to update within WinSCP or is this an internal issue where I need to reach out to my professor (who I’ve reached out to and hasn’t responded).

Both can be true. But as we do not know anything about your webserver, we cannot be more specific. So you will have to contact your professor or your classmates for help.
