Images not importing to Big Commerce

Hi,

I have upgraded my WinSCP today Version 6.3.7, however I'm noticing that I've added 3 new images today with the correct format, however they seem to be sitting within the Import folder and not processing (or going into error if there's a problem). If you can help that would be much appreciated.

WinSCP's task ends with the upload. That part seems to work. The rest of the file processing is handled by your server. Please contact the server's administrator.
