How to script a response to an error

On a particular FTP server, I need to connect to and upload a file, bur in the GUI, it always prompts me with the error:

Upload of file was successful but error occured while setting the permissions and/or timestamp. Permission Denied Error Code: 3
Abort, Retry, Skip, Skip All

If I click Skip or Skip All it works fine.

How can I add this error response to my script?

See Upload of file .. was successful, but error occurred while setting the permissions and/or timestamp. If the problem persists, turn off setting permissions or preserving timestamp. Alternatively you can turn on ‘Ignore permission errors’ option., particularly the "Scripting" section.
