Temporary name shall reflect hostname
When opening a file with an external editor, the filename is e.g.
Request: this temporary file should include the server in it; e.g.
Explanation: if opened two files with identical names from different servers (e.g. for comparing), it may irritating within the current behaviour. The hostname within the name would help to distinguish easily the opened files.
