WinSCP Software for Deloitte - Business Liaison

I am working with Deloitte and we would like to use WinSCP. I need to get the software approved internally and I need a business contact at WinSCP to do that. There's no "company structure". WinSCP is an open source software provided for free under GPL licence as is.
