Not able to login to host- sftp.spm.varicent.com

We are trying to login using this host name- sftp.spm.varicent.com and Port=22 Protocol=SFTP but we are getting error

The server rejected SFTP Connection, but it listens for FTP Connection

One of our team members is able to login using the same host name but not working for others.
Let us know if we can connect on this issue as soon as possible.

Please post both your and your colleagues' session log files. Is your colleague connecting from the same network as you?
