Add a second host key to saved site

I help admin several servers that have saved sites in WinSCP (I know, I know, I can't go back and fix a decade of custom scripting). I want to add a new host key to a saved site ahead of that servers migration. Any way to do it easily?

Is this for WinSCP GUI (or some WinSCP-based script?)
For GUI, you can add the hostkey to this registry key:

Thank you Martin! I saw this in an older comment and was worried that might not still be valid. This is a huge help until I can upgrade the scripting.
