WinSCP "Verify Checksum" Feature Fails Due to Missing md5sum Command on Remote Server (Error 127)

Error Details:
Command 'md5sums "md5sum"'
failed with return code 127 and the following error message.
-bash: line 324: md5sums: command not found

Environment:

WinSCP Version: 6.3.6
OS: Windows
Remote Server OS: Linux [Distro/Version]
Protocol: SFTP/SCP

Steps to Reproduce:
Connect to remote Linux server via WinSCP
Right-click any file in remote panel
Select "Properties" → "Checksum" tab → "Verify" button
Observe failure with above error
