Disable FTP during installation

I'm packaging WinSCP for our environment and need to disable FTP functionality for all users. Is there a way to completely remove or disable the option to use FTP during installation or via configuration? I've been looking through the available installation commands in the documentation, but I haven't been able to find anything related to disabling FTP. Any guidance would be appreciated!
