FTP client

Hi,
Can an FTP client (not server) be configured to listen for traffic? Yes, it is normally the servers role to listen, granted.
In particular I wander if Bitvise has this capability. Thanks in advance!

No. Why would you want that?
In any case, this is support forum for WinSCP, not Bitvise.
