Password

I can't sign in. I tried to: do the change password but it won't accept a new password.

If you mean that your server won't accept your credentials, you will need to contact your server administrator or hosting provider.

Btw, how did you change the password? Do you have a shell access to the server? Or is there some administrative web interface?

Thank you for the responses. The saved password is there and we didn't change anything. I will check with my software support staff.
